Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us and a limited amount of information that is collected automatically when you visit the site.

• Contact requests — when you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, company size and your message.
• Job applications — when you apply for a role we collect your name, email address, phone number, any links you share (such as LinkedIn or a personal site), your written answers and your résumé.
• Automatic information — like most websites, our infrastructure records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) and we use error-monitoring tooling to keep the site working. Where you consent, cookie-based analytics and visitor-identification services described below also collect information about your visit.

How we use it

We use the information above to respond to your inquiries, evaluate job applications, operate, secure and improve the website, and understand which companies are interested in Visia so our team can follow up. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and visitor identification

We use visitor-identification and analytics services to understand which businesses visit our site: Snitcher, and — only if you accept cookies via the banner — LeadLander. These services use cookies or similar technologies and may associate your visit with your company.

You can decline cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear your browser's cookies and site data at any time to reset your choice. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site.

Where your information lives and who sees it

Form submissions and job applications are stored in access-controlled cloud storage (Google Cloud). We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business (such as hosting, storage, analytics and CRM providers), and only for the purposes described here. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Retention

We keep contact requests and job applications for as long as needed for the purpose you submitted them — for applications, the duration of the hiring process and a reasonable period afterwards — unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including if you are a California resident), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to correct it, to request that we delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
