CAREERS AT VISIA

Build the physical intelligence layer for the industrial economy.

Join the team.

  • Own the top of our funnel end to end. You understand the value Visia delivers across every sector we can touch, you build the systems and run the plays that put the right meetings on our calendar, and you turn creative, aggressive outbound into a repeatable pipeline engine.

    The role

Visia works with hundreds of industrial operators across the United States, deploying critical physical AI systems into live heavy-industrial environments. The product works and the deployments deliver. The constraint now is demand: getting in front of the right operators, across every sector where physical intelligence creates value, faster than anyone else in the market. That's your job.

You'll report directly to Raghav, our co-founder and CEO, and work with him to understand our customer base as deeply as anyone in the company. This is why the role is engineering-first. You need to understand the product and the industrial use cases well enough to find the highest-leverage plays across the highest-leverage accounts, and then go get them.

The first week is onboarding: the product, the customer base, and the use cases. After that you move fast. You'll own three things:

    • Outbound at scale across every sector, run as an engineering problem rather than a list to work through.
    • Conferences as a lead engine, which you'll build and run aggressively over your first weeks.
    • Our internal go-to-market tooling, including the background agent we use across engineering and collateral generation, which you'll partially own and push forward.

    What you'll do

    • Own and scale our managed outbound across every sector we can serve. Work with Raghav to map the customer base, pinpoint the highest-leverage use cases at the highest-leverage accounts, and drive outbound end to end, mostly LinkedIn and cold calling, with warm introductions where they exist.
    • Treat outbound as an engineering problem. Manage the outbound service providers, and run relentless experiments across channels and sectors: multi-touch sequences, a LinkedIn DM followed by a voice-cloned voicemail, and a follow-up. Measure what converts and double down.
    • Run conferences and trade shows as a lead engine. Pick the shows, pick the accounts and people worth targeting, book meetings before we arrive, work the floor, and run automated follow-up. As our Deployment Strategist function grows, you'll hand qualified meetings to them and stop attending these shows yourself. For now, you run this end to end.
    • Own our internal GTM tooling. Improve collateral and sales-material generation through our background agent, and plug better outbound into Slack. Concretely: make it so that tagging our agent on a LinkedIn URL fires a tailored outbound automatically.
    • Invent new ways to generate demand: gifting, physical mailers, multi-channel plays, anything that reliably puts qualified meetings on the calendar.

    What gets us excited

    • You're an engineer who thinks about go-to-market as a system to be built. CS, EE, or similar background, and you can code and use modern tools (including Claude Code) to automate outbound, wire up integrations, and script your way around a problem.
    • You get deep on a technical product fast, and you can speak credibly about industrial use cases to operators across very different sectors.
    • You're relentless and experimental. You'd rather try five outbound plays this week and measure them than debate one for a month. You're comfortable paying for and managing outbound services to move faster.
    • You don't mind travel, front-loaded and sometimes on short notice, to conferences and trade shows across the country.
    • Bias to action, creative, and happy to challenge process rather than inherit it. Strong new grads with real proof of building things are encouraged to apply.

    Expected impact

    • 1 month in: You're onboarded on the product, the customer base, and our highest-leverage use cases across sectors. You've taken over the existing managed outbound motion and are already booking qualified meetings directly on Raghav's calendar, screening them yourself so you know what to improve at a systems level.
    • 3 months in: Outbound is running in parallel across multiple sectors including recycling, energy, logistics, and metals. Tagging our agent on a new LinkedIn target flows straight to outbound. You've run our conference motion at several shows and generated real pipeline from them.
    • 12 months in: You own top of funnel end to end. The outbound and conference engines are repeatable, and you're feeding a steady flow of qualified meetings to the deployment strategist team.
