Build the physical intelligence layer for the industrial economy.

Visia deploys physical AI into steel mills, aluminum producers, scrap yards, and the largest processors of waste and secondary materials. Every deployment combines sensors, edge compute, and software, sold on a value case and run for years. That makes our finance as much about hardware, inventory, and capital as it is about recurring revenue.

This is the most senior finance seat at Visia for at least the next two years. You'll report to Raghav, our co-founder and CEO, and work in person at our office near Union Square, NYC. The role pays a base salary with generous early equity.

For your first couple of weeks you'll work closely with our controller. You'll learn exactly which commercial engagements we're working on, how capital flows across the business, and where there's room to improve it.

• Own the numbers. Run inventory management, cash planning, and the balance sheet across every deployment, so we always know what we have, what it costs, and what we can commit to.
• Keep the books right. Work with our controller on accounting, closing the books, tax, and audits.
• Own our hardware and pricing strategy. Work with customers to understand how they buy, experiment with pricing directly alongside the commercial team, and make sure every deployment pays for itself.
• Structure large-scale commercial projects. Build the financial packages behind our biggest agreements, from multi-site rollouts to enterprise-wide programs.
• Shape our compute strategy.
• Lead strategic projects. Take Visia into new markets, including manufacturing, logistics, and energy, sectors where we believe the platform can make a real difference, and new verticals across America.
• Run part of our operating rhythm, including board prep.

• You come from a finance-heavy background, such as banking, private equity, or strategic finance, ideally followed by operating work at a fast-growing company. You don't need to be a CPA.
• You studied something technical: computer science, math, physics, another STEM field, or economics.
• You understand how software works. Much of Visia runs through Architect, our internal AI agent, and you'll use it every day to pull data, build models, and get work done.
• You're detail-oriented and a broad thinker. You enjoy the structure of a complex financial package as much as the strategy behind it.
• You follow the compute market and want a hand in how a company buys and runs compute at scale.
• You want to build. After two years, the path is to run a business line, take Visia into new markets, or lead a team.

• 1 month in: You know every commercial engagement we're running and how capital moves through the business, and you've brought Raghav a short list of what to fix first.
• 3 months in: You own inventory, cash planning, and the balance sheet. The books close on schedule with our controller, and you're running live pricing experiments with the commercial team.
• 12 months in: You've structured the financial packages behind our largest agreements, shaped our compute plans, and helped take Visia into at least one new market.
