Build the physical intelligence layer for the industrial economy.

Visia deploys physical AI into the largest industrial operations in the world. Solstice, our platform, is live at steel mills, aluminum producers, scrap yards, and the largest processors of waste and secondary materials. The hardest problems in the business rarely sit inside one team. They cross product, customers, compute, and the markets we haven't entered yet. That's where you'll work.

You'll report to Raghav, our co-founder and CEO, and work in person at our office near Union Square, NYC. The role pays a base salary with generous early equity.

In your first weeks you'll learn the product stack in depth and get to know every customer: what they run, what they use Visia for, and where it's working. From there you'll find the greatest points of product leverage across the stack.

• Make sure customers see value. Help customers and our own team understand the value equation behind every deployment, and make sure net-new deployments have strong value attribution from day one.
• Find the product leverage. Work with our engineering and deployments teams to decide where the next improvement to the stack does the most for customers.
• Lead heavy technical research. Dig into how we deploy and manage distributed compute at scale, what kinds of compute we should deploy, and which new sensor hardware to adopt.
• Shape our compute strategy.
• Lead strategic projects. Take Visia into new markets, including manufacturing, logistics, and energy, sectors where we believe the platform can make a real difference, and new verticals across America. Work on our large-scale commercial projects alongside the commercial team.
• Run the operating projects that move our inventory, cash position, and balance sheet.
• Run part of our operating rhythm, including board prep and hiring loops.

• You're a generalist who likes moving across the hardest problems in a business, wherever they sit. Maybe you've run operations at a fast-growing startup, worked in strategy or business operations, or founded a company of your own.
• You studied something technical: computer science, math, physics, another STEM field, or economics. After that, your background can be anything.
• You understand how software works. Much of Visia runs through Architect, our internal AI agent, and you'll use it every day to research, analyze, and get work done.
• You follow compute markets, product, large-scale industrial transformation, and the broader AI space, and you like turning research into a decision.
• You want to help scale Visia across the world's most critical industrial companies.
• You want to build. After two years, the path is to run a business line, take Visia into new markets, or lead a team.

• 1 month in: You know the product stack and every customer, and you've brought Raghav your view of the greatest points of product leverage.
• 3 months in: Every net-new deployment has a clear value case and attribution plan, and you're running board prep and hiring loops.
• 12 months in: You've led at least one strategic project to a result, such as a new market or a major research question, and customers can point to the value Visia delivers at their sites.
